Worked with products in tile for both wall and floor applications and hard surface countertop material. Took initial steps launching a window covering program using Norman Window Fashions.

This was a tremendously valuable position related to the ceramic and porcelain tile industry as comprehensive exposure to every aspect including installation.

Contract employment (Pyramid Consulting Group). This was an innovative freelance role comprised of a unique team selected to the development of new Plus program. The project began in March, 2017 that ultimately launched in early 2018. The evaluator team I took part in exceeded program goals, resulting in an early conclusion.

Managed the San Bruno, CA store before 3 Day Blinds window coverings, Hunter Douglas and Norman Shutters provided, along with finer custom draperies & shades from 3DB private fabric collection. Managed 3DB showroom operations for the San Bruno, CA location before company restructured in 2007, closing over 190 showroom locations. Now owned by Hunter Douglas as of 2019.

Authorized Dealer of Hunter Douglas window coverings, Godfrey Hirst wool carpet, and Shaw / Mohawk nylon carpet options. Primarily focused on client stream from specific lead sources as well as independent, self-generated leads.

Managed South San Francisco Showroom and worked in San Francisco showroom Saturdays. Trained new Sales Reps on product knowledge - over 40 lines of hardwood flooring products and sundries.
