• Perform First Article Inspections for production parts utilizing calibrated tooling and programs per AS9102 Standard • Inspect and validate First Article Parts using the FARO Arm via Verisurf and Mastercam programs • Create receiving, source, in-process and final inspection instructions for parts and material received in from suppliers • Complete tests on Instron machine and platen press for validation or recertification of material • Streamline material specifications and drawings for audits and source inspections • Monitor and perform monthly reviews on supplier nonconformance and delivery performance for supplier quality assurance • Contribute to Engineering and Production teams from Quality perspective to ensure company profits and business efficiency • Lead production meetings and guide cell technicians to validate adequate process requirements per AS9100C Standards • Evaluate cure records for autoclave pump-cured parts per customer requirements • Facilitate mock audits and lead audit for NADCAP and AS9100C to ensure minimal findings • Follow through and organize Contract Review process per AS9100C Standards • Review blueprints and specifications to generate proper inspection acceptance documents • Create nonconformance reports when needed and reviews status for disposition requests • Prepares training and progress reports for objective evidence to ensure organization of employee training records • Establish longstanding relationships with customers to further business and communications for projects • Interact with customers to flow down requirements to Production team via weekly conference calls and on-site visits
