Charity Hylton
First Year Fellow @ University of Miami
About
I am a dedicated student at my dream school, the University of Miami, where I engage in both personal and professional development beyond the classroom. Serving as a First Year Fellow, I am a peer mentor to a cohort of 69 students and lead meaningful discussions as part of the freshmen leadership program, First Year U, empowering first-year students to thrive academically and personally. Outside of these roles, I am the Administrative Director for Belonging in Business and an active member of Real Estate & Finance Association and Women in Business, where I continue to build expertise within the business community. As a First Year Fellow, student assistant at the Miami Herbert Business School, and passionate learner, I am eager to acquire new skills across various business sectors and strive to make meaningful contributions. With ambition and a strong work ethic, I am committed to turning my dreams into reality as I expand my horizons and continue on my life’s journey!
