Lebanese market Leader and exporter to Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Scope of the role is to lead the technical and production departments of tissue converting and diapers plants. Accomplishments: Implemented ISO, HACCP, BRC, 6 sigma and 5S, in addition to ERP system. Implemented training matrixes for production and technical staff, Increased personnel competency, along with commissioning electrical and mechanical projects lead to increase plant production by 20%. Reduced machines waste by 4%, saved 800k dollars per year.
