I am a senior reservoir engineer with a Ph.D. in Petroleum & Natural Gas Engineering, experienced in maximizing production and reserves from both conventional and unconventional oil and gas assets. My expertise includes Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) — such as electrical heating-assisted SAGD, in-situ conversion, and air injection thermal miscible flooding — as well as waterflood optimization, primary recovery enhancement, and reserves evaluation. I have a solid background in reservoir simulation, history matching, production forecasting, and economic assessment, enabling data-driven decisions for field development. My work spans heavy oil, conventional reservoirs, shale oil, low-permeability formations, and high-water-cut reservoirs, with proven results in both domestic projects and international assignments in Abu Dhabi and Canada. Applied these technologies to a range of assets including cheavy oil, Canadian oil sands, high-wax light oil, tight oil and shale oil and conventional reservoirs. 4.Field Operations & Development Execution Proven ability to manage full-cycle technical plans—from reservoir characterization to engineering execution—including experimental design, parameter optimization, equipment selection, and risk control. Direct field experience in EOR pilots (Jilin and Changqing oilfields), monitoring production and adjusting strategies in real time to improve profitability. 5.International Projects & Cross-Functional Collaboration Worked on ADNOC reservoir adaptability evaluations and Business Case development in Abu Dhabi, and contributed to SAGD optimization for Canadian oilfield. 6.Technical Innovation & Value Creation First to propose in-situ hydrogen production from oil shale and low-concentration hydrocarbon tail gas power generation, achieving closed-loop, green utilization of air injection.
