Sourcing and Purchasing Management (materials and Capex)

Manage all sourcing and purchasing activities . / Norms and team development and management. / Responsible for overall supplier relationship management, performance management and capability development. / Provide overall management and support for all supplier negotiations incl. cost, delivery, quality，service and other commercial aspects to ensure competitive and agile supplies. / Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies around critical commodities and critical supplies that align with technology, commercial and operational needs. / Identify and implement saving opportunities and accountable for delivering the site and commodity saving plan. / Support global sourcing and operating development projects when necessary.

Develop and maintain a qualified and potential supply base for responsible commodities. / Maintaining supplier strategies, to lead the supplier sourcing, selection and category, and implement supplier audit and management. / Leading supplier performance management system,to develop and optimize the supplier base and establish high quality and stable supply chain. / Set up cost analysis model and sourcing information of main materials which we need,and execute cost reduction. / Partner proactively with external suppliers/partners as well as internal functional department and stakeholders to drive timely sourcing and disposing of all purchased items and projects and activities.

Extending marketing,dealing for quotations, customer order and delivery. . . / Supervised importing & exporting business. / Supervised three HUB for stock and logistic according to big customer’s demand. / Prepare all kinds of necessary marketing reports.
