My experience ranges from policy development, to successful Charter and Indigenous Rights challenges, to a variety of tribunal and court litigation matters and Coroner's Inquests. I have represented clients successfully before the OMB, ERT, ARB, OHRT, CHRT, all levels of the Ontario Courts, Federal Courts, the Supreme Court of Canada, and the Coroner's Court on a variety of regulatory, judicial review and inquest matters.

Activities and Societies: My focus of study at Robson Hall was in Constitutional, Aboriginal, Human Rights and Public Administrative Law. While there, I worked with Prof. Roland Penner, QC, OC, the former Attorney General of MB, on the development of Constitutional Law curriculum and with Prof. Bryan Schwartz on papers in legislative process and proportional representation.

This course of study engaged the administrative process and substantive role of regulatory policy, licensing bodies, public tribunals and related provincial and federal appeal courts. My particular areas of focus are Government Transparency and Accountability, Indigenous and Human Rights, Employment and Labour, Environmental and Municipal regimes. The program involved significant study of the role of delegated authority to licensing bodies and administrative tribunals in public governance and the role of the Crown in policy and decision making.
