Portfolio Management of a large number of IT Customer Svcs projects and IT Operational Efficiency Projects. Oversees a team of Project Managers and Project Leads responsible for the delivery of CapEx projects from Concept to Implementation as well as Portfolio Financial Management.

• Oversees a team of IT engineers and professionals responsible for the enterprise support of several infrastructure and end-user services: Messaging, Collaboration, Enterprise Mobility Management, Service Desk, End-User Computing • Responsibilities also include oversight of cloud technology implementation projects such as Microsoft Office 365 technology enablement and client adoption (Skype for Business, One Drive for Business, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, etc.) In addition, contract negotiations of a large IT outsourcing agreement and transition oversight (incumbent to new vendor).

Manages a team responsible for the support of numerous 24x7 IT systems critical to operational business groups such as Electric Transmission & Distribution, Electric Generation as well Electric & Fuel Procurement.

IT Program Management responsibilities over large Smart Grid R&D initiatives. From the program initiation through the implementation, led a large IT team of dedicated and matrixed resources in the development of a new Outage Management & Distribution Management system for the SDG&E Electric grid as well as a Substations Condition Based Maintenance system.

Led numerous projects from Business Case to implementation for various back office business groups such as: SAP ECC upgrade project, Corporate Income & Transactional Tax System, Audit & Environmental System, etc.
