Provides initial commissioning plans, as well as coordinates grid connection activities like site acceptance tests and R2 testing for successful delivery. Provide technical service support for key customers related commercial, ESS, CP, and industry through on site and remotely. Perform basic O&M by monitoring SCADA and EMS remotely and basic warranty work. Track complex technical problems and coordinate with internal teams (technical and R&D team) to efficiently deliver high quality solutions to customers' issues, also take in charge of supporting VIP customer and contacting with R&D team regarding the product improvement and problem troubleshooting. Conduct field services with team and service partners in pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance work, fault diagnosis and repairs. Provide training to the customers and service partners.

Provide after sales service support for key customers related residential PV and ESS systems through telephone and email to achieve good customer satisfaction. Support the manager to oversee residential PV, commercial and ESS systems support operations and handle escalation enquiries raised. Participate in team meetings and debrief to drive problem resolution every week, greatly improving customer satisfaction. Presided over the testing of 120 batteries' SOC decay and completed the test report. All tasks completed 20% ahead of schedule through reasonable arrangements for work. Provide training to the interns, customers, and service partners.

Residential and industrial solar system design, installation, commissioning and problem solving. Diagnose problems with solar electrical components via analyses of data and performance, troubleshooting, and equipment inspections. Collaborate with Solar PV Project Engineers and Development Managers to provide project support for development, design and cost estimation activities. Assist Project Development Managers with technical aspects of customer presentations and writing and preparing exhibits for proposals and contracts. Participated in research and marketing projects to promote renewable energy and drive business growth.
