Participate in one of the company's biggest projects, "Complexity Management". The main objective of this project is to produce a new range of Round Balers which aims to standardize the machines' parts. Working with a team of engineers, my missions were : ✔ Prepared hundred of parts needed (Pick-up, Chopping rotor, Bale chamber, Roller, Tailgate...) which enables the validation test of more than 25 new welding jigs for the different parts of the new machines. - Discussed with the workshop leader for the production planning of these parts which includes laser cutting, bending and welding - Arranged with the purchase department for the shipping of subcontracted parts - Planned with the dispatch department in order to ship the prepared parts for the tests of the new welding jigs at supplier's workshop - Followed up the validation test with methods engineers - Communicated with the design department for possible modifications on some parts when there's a problem ✔ Designed dedicated inspection gauges/tools for an easier & faster controlling work (Dimensions or distances between parts after assembly) ✔ Logistics - Created new parts' information and their placements in workshop or store by using ERP SAP

3 months trainee in Bazille & Cie, one of the most recognized Ball Valve Manufacturers in Europe. Guilded by the CEO, Mr. GEORGELIN and his team, I was in charged of the following missions: ✔ Developed a spherical rectification process by transforming a classic bench drilling machine into a "Homemade" machine that allowed a grinding/lapping process in order to produce a perfect spherical contact between valve balls and their seats. ✔ Analysed, proposed, purchased and installed a Digital Height Gauge in workshop which permitted to measure the STACKHEIGHT (total height of a valve ball mounted on its seat). ✔ Created macros by using Visual Basic in Microsoft Excel in order to generate the measuring instruments' control/follow-up sheets for each operator.
