- Manage a portfolio of commercial clients across various industries, focusing on developing long-term banking relationships. - Structure and propose business loan solutions including term loans, overdrafts, trade financing, and working capital lines tailored to client needs. - Perform credit assessments and financial analysis to ensure sound credit risk management. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders (credit, legal, operations) to ensure timely processing and approval of facilities. - Provide advisory services to help clients improve cash flow, expand operations, and achieve financial sustainability. - Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value across the bank ecosystem (e.g., insurance, digital banking, treasury). - Consistently meet and exceed portfolio growth, revenue, and asset quality KPIs.

-Assist in conducting due diligence on the clients and structuring of credit facilities -Assist in constructing the financial module I.e: valuation and cash flow -Assist in preparation of credit papers -Assist in the credit valuation through quantitation and qualitative valuating -Assist in field work, site visit, industry and market data gathering -Assist in the preparation of the necessary reports for the department and/or management -To organize and lead meetings (internal and external) -Assist in the monitoring of the client portfolios -Liasing with clients -Able to manage relationships both internally and externally

· Deliver meaningful, accurate and timely reporting & analysis on Malaysia’s high-end experienced store financial performance, therefore supporting functional team in making fact-based, financially sound decisions. Ensure quality, accuracy and integrity of information stored in systems, enabling a single source of truth. · Analyze on promoter’s monthly efficiency considering their monthly actual sales performance, sales gross profit margin and expenses rate for countries whereby assisting functional team to establish the monthly KPI for promoters with the aid of reliable analysis. · Assist in calculation of ROI (Return Of Investment) for new opening stores / in-store reconstruction / store upgrading · Cross check on the salary and KPI payout monthly and quarterly to ensure the payout are calculated according to the memo · Involve in warehouse stock-taking to determine the discrepancy between the stock quantity and system inventory which involve premium gift, furniture and promotional display material · Provide ad-hoc support

· Assist in preparing reconciliation report of monthly surrender rate for Investment-linked (IL) funds. · Ensure the consistency and accuracy between the data inputs and outputs and identify the causes of discrepancy in data. · Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on the system for every update released. · Assist in handling actuarial support cases.
