Led a team of 30, built “Matchstick” as one of the top 3 consumer brands in TV streaming dongles in only 6 months despite established market presence of Google Chromecast and Amazon Fire TV stick. Successfully launched a Kickstarter campaign, raised nearly half a million dollars from the sale of 25,000 units in 25 days and smashed funding goal in the first 24 hours. Successfully cultivated relationship with Mozilla, pushed the boundary of Firefox OS and spearheaded private label TV dongle program and world’s first OTT solutions integrated with Telco CDN and OSS for content providers, carriers, TV manufacturers and Fortune 500 companies. Forged partnerships with Philips, AOC and TCL through embedded version of Matchstick for TVs and monitors. Organized multiple developer events in the US and abroad in collaboration with Mozilla and established significant tractions with the developers community. Struck multiple content wins by working with established content providers through innovative business models.
