- Project management for Global HR Transformation - HR Process design, standardization and improvement - Project Lead for HR projects, such as digitalizing Merit, Bonus and Long-term Incentive (Stock) process via Workday adv. compensation globally, covering 70 countries, about 130k employees

-Act as Compensation Lead for a global Workday implementation project, covering APAC (13 countries), Americas (8 countries), EMEA (44 countries) -Managing a workstream of 4 team members -Provide functional and technical advice to all relevant stakeholders, e.g. CoE, business, IT and payroll vendors

Act as Compensation and Absence lead in varies Workday implementation and improvement projects

Being responsible for End2End payroll processes and solutions in scope towards counterparts in HR Shared Service Centers (SSC) and other stakeholders including the following: -Provide functional advice on new service requests and change requests for ADP, integration and Workday, including impact assessment and deployment to Regional HR SSCs -Support Workday compensation & absence implementation for 12 countries and responsible for post-live care -Perform root-cause analysis to define problems and solutions in ADP and Workday -Create global payroll related documentation (work instruction, process workbook and training materials, etc.) -Deploy and lead payroll/compensation/absence improvement projects

-Create training and communication materials for a new compensation review process in 24 countries across Philips (e.g. Quick Reference Cards, User Manuals, Training decks, FAQs, e-Learnings, Infographics ) -Ghost writing/editing of email announcements, slide decks and other materials used for communication purposes -Cooperate in organizing Internal Competitions/Events/Campaigns both online and offline, including set up/monitor online platform, create communication plans, promotions materials, analyze the effectives of communications activities organization, event runbook, and onsite logistics, etc. -Run internal social media campaigns to drive interactivity and engagement -Liaise with other HR communications leads to align project dependencies and potential overlaps

Follow and trained in Agile methodology --Support project manager (scrum master) with the management of the project plan --Support the project manager with the management of the daily impediment process and overall risks, issues and dependencies --Support Change management stream
