- Process all Purchase Orders promptly and efficiently. - Perform products sourcing to ensure the most competitive quotes are obtained. - Conduct proper evaluations, negotiations and interviews with potential vendors in accordance to the company procurement procedures. - Ensure timely delivery of goods, receiving, issuing and distribution to respective staff, or job sites. - Monitor supply markets and industries including pricing trends, new suppliers and alternative solutions. - Collaborate with other departments throughout the procurement process. - Attend to feedback or complaint by customers (sites) such as wrong delivery (goods/location) and follow through the process until completion. - Corresponded on follow up and resolved problems with suppliers regarding quality, shortage, documentaries and etc.
