- Screening and shortlisting candidates for various positions, mainly focused on permanent positions - Face to face interviews with candidates - Achieving target set by company - Client negotiation on terms of business

- Involve in various stages of recruitment including business development, resume screening, shortlisting, client negotiation, offer negotiation, achieving target set by companies. - Concentrated on finance and accounting related positions. - To participate in career events, campus tour. - Consultation on resume writing, interview techniques, etc. - Involve in continuous improvement of the recruitment process, started up a team called “Headhunter Intelligence Unit”.

- Major accounts serviced: IBM, HP & Maxis - To shortlist for IT positions mainly helpdesk specialist, network engineer, customer service representatives. - Consultation on resume writing and interview techniques - To participate in road shows and career event

Involved in internal recruitment to hire Telesales Executive  Involved in various stages of the recruitment process including phone screening, face to face interview and mass interview, shortlisting, offering candidates.  To liaise with project managers on their headcount allocation. - To manage staff allocation for different campaigns and projects - To brainstorm with the HR manager on different recruitment sources to approach. - Liaise with recruitment agencies on headcount distribution. - Participate in career events and road shows. - Preparing inductions materials for new hires. - Involve in staff induction during the absence of HR manager. - Monthly reports on headcount, turnover, recruitment agencies, etc.
