* Primary Roles and Responsibilities. * Provide process training to the new joiners. * Mentor and audit the reports prepared by new joiners to avoid errors and escalations. * Provide refresher training to the team. * Support process transition. * Explain/document the processes required for practitioners to perform given responsibilities. * Add richness to the content by offering first-hand field knowledge that can be shared with others to improve knowledge exchange and transfer * Plans, coordinates, and implements activities designed to resolve or prevent issues that could impact overall project success. * Prepare management metrics for Maintenance renewals and Warranty expiration projects every month. * Meet all agreed-upon turnaround times for deliverables, deliverable reviews, or deliverable sign-off * Additional Roles and Responsibilities * Update the learning log. * Resolve customer queries or issues. * Prepare check list for KPMG audit samples once in a quarter. * Perform internal ISO audits.

* Dispatch Service Request to Field Support Engineers within SLA. * Escalate Service Issues appropriately. * Ensure Organizational Objectives are adhered. * Participate in Team activities.
