I am a seasoned Sales Operations professional with extensive experience across customer support, operations management, and stakeholder engagement within the computer networking and services industry. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience, streamline processes, and deliver consistent operational excellence. Beyond my professional journey, I am also an author and mental-health advocate. In December 2025, I published my memoir My Dad’s Silent War: Love, Loss, and Schizophrenia, a deeply personal account of growing up in a family impacted by schizophrenia, and the quiet resilience of caregiving, leadership, and unconditional love. The book reflects not only lived experience, but the emotional realities many employees silently carry into the workplace. Today, I am increasingly focused on the intersection of mental wellness, caregiving, and the modern workplace.
