My portfolio spans across defence marine platforms, international airport infrastructure, high-integrity piping systems, and complex engineering structures. I have advanced through progressive leadership roles—Assistant QC, QC Engineer, Deputy Manager (QC), Manager (Planning & Execution), Deputy General Manager – Project Management, and Project Head—gaining mastery in project lifecycle management, fabrication methodologies, welding processes, NDT, marine engineering quality protocols, and structural erection sequencing. Currently, as General Manager – Operations at Salasar Techno Engineering Ltd., I lead end-to-end execution of large-scale infrastructure projects, integrating strategic planning with operational controls to ensure adherence to timelines, cost parameters, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
