• Responsible for end to end recruitment Life Cycle.( Sourcing, Screening, Salary Negotiation, and posting the requirements in job portals , follow-up with candidates) • Administer and convert new client calls. • Responsibilities for implementing full lifecycle of recruitment from sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, presenting and closing offers. • Handling recruitment of wide range of skill sets and positions i.e. junior middle senior management levels • Schedule new clients with appropriate attorney. • Schedule conference room on demand. • Draft appointment letters and send to new clients. • Distributes data or Course materials, drafts letters/memos and routine correspondence for supervisor’s signature. • Taking Care of employee database with regard to their date of appointment, Prepares all necessary documentation required to ensure employees are placed on the payroll at commencement of employment. (Offer letter, starter forms) * Initiate payroll transactions throughout the period employment & remove employees from the payroll at the end of contract * Visa processing request.
