Currently working in the office of the Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), contributing to the PMO and Strategy function. In this role, I am closely involved in: 1. Driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational goals 2. Monitoring key projects and ensuring execution excellence across functions 3. Facilitating cross-functional coordination to accelerate outcomes 4. Served as Senior Project Manager for medium-scale infrastructure projects under the National Highways Authority of India in Jharkhand, driving project execution through effective planning, stakeholder coordination, and on-ground delivery in a challenging operating environment.

Led and managed a high-performing team of 200+ professionals at the Jharkhand location, delivering medium-scale EPC infrastructure projects valued at Rs 999 Cr. This journey has been both challenging and rewarding—requiring strong cross-functional coordination, operational excellence, and a sharp focus on timelines, cost efficiency, and quality delivery. From on-ground execution to strategic planning, the experience has strengthened my ability to lead large teams in complex project environments. Grateful for the opportunity to contribute to impactful infrastructure development and for the incredible team that made it possible.

Served as Project Monitoring Group (PMG) Lead for medium-scale infrastructure projects under the National Highways Authority of India and Ministry of Road Transport and Highways across Jharkhand, Tamil Nadu, and Maharashtra. Played a key role in driving execution in some of the country’s most challenging environments by ensuring effective coordination, rigorous monitoring, and timely project delivery.

From Concept to Commissioning – A Journey in Powering India: I had the privilege of working with Reliance Infrastructure Limited in Project Management for thermal power projects, contributing to one of India’s most ambitious energy milestones – the Sasan Ultra Mega Power Project (6×660 MW). Being part of Unit 6, arguably the most challenging unit, was a defining experience. With materials being cannibalized for earlier units, the odds were stacked against us. Yet, through resilience, coordination, and relentless execution, we successfully delivered the unit on time. My journey spanned across Sasan, Bikaner, and Mumbai, where I contributed across multiple facets of project execution: 1. Project Management – Planning, Monitoring & Control 2. Coordination with OEMs, sub-vendors, and contractors 3. SAP system management & operational compliance 4. CTO compliance monitoring in coordination with Sasan Power Ltd. & MPPCB 5. Tracking legal and regulatory proceedings 6. Submission of monthly progress reports to CEA 7. Contributing to successful COD of 6 units as per PPA timelines 8. Closure of 6000+ contracts This experience not only strengthened my ability to manage complex, large-scale infrastructure projects but also reinforced the importance of collaboration, adaptability, and execution under constraints.
