-Create new H&H models using ICPRv4 for new development projects to ensure the projects meet the stormwater design criteria set by authorities having jurisdiction. -Revise large watershed models using ICPRv4 to incorporate newly developed residential communities for updated existing, proposed and as-built conditions for hydraulic and hydrologic analysis. -Update the floodplain and floodway analysis of rivers using HEC-RAS to show if the new/proposed development will fall within regulated floodway. -Perform storm sewer capacity analysis using AutoCAD Civil 3D gravity analysis and HydraFlow. -Prepare illustrative maps to be incorporated into drainage reports using ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro. -Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations for the direction of the project; hydrology/hydraulic studies, due diligence/site analysis reports, engineer’s opinion of probable costs, storm sewer reports, local and state permit applications, storm water reports, soils reports.

-Draft preliminary and final site plans utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D. -Review project survey data to analyze existing site conditions and factors to consider for development including but not limited to legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents. -Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations for the direction of the project; hydrology/hydraulic studies, due diligence/site analysis reports, engineer’s opinion of probable costs, project schedules, utility computations, detention/retention computations, storm sewer reports, local and state permit applications, storm water reports, soils reports, earthwork volume calculations, StormCAD reports, WaterCAD reports, and preliminary grading. -Provide construction-related services such as permit applications, cut sheets, quantity estimates, and transmittals; organize site plans, construction plans, construction sheet set-up and assembly and other related construction documents under supervision of Senior staff.

1) Design multi-acre retail, commercial, and/or residential development including due diligence, permitting and limited contract administration. 2) Analysis of survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, LiDAR data and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects. 3) Drop in architectural plans onto site using survey CAD file to ensure the architectural plans fit accurately at site and meet all building setback and landscape buffer requirements. 4) Run drainage calculations for the assigned project ( create pre and post-development drainage basin maps, use rational, modified rational or SCS method to calculate flowrate, size stormwater retention ponds according to city, county or state regulations. 5) Use BMPTRAINS for BMPs put in site for net improvement of pollutants of impaired waterbodies. 6) Use MODRET to verify pond capacity for treatment volumes as well as calculate volumes for various storm events. 7) Compile a complete drainage design report to go along with construction plans for AHJ to review. 8) Use AutoCAD Civil 3D tools to grade out the project site. 9) Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to prepare construction plans, fill up permitting form for appropriate agencies to get the project permitted. 10) Schedule and attend pre-app meeting with AHJ, attend meeting with client and formulate plans to take project to completion.

1) Professional drafting of engineering plans and drawings using AutoCAD and AutoCAD Map 3D. 2) Professional drafting of airport utilities plans such as water, sewer, stormwater drainage, electrical, fuel line plans with AutoCAD to be integrated with GIS software. 3) Engineering calculations and supporting analysis of civil design works such as stormwater runoff, drainage design, pavement design, grading using AutoCAD and MS Excel. 4) Record and document details of map updates, additions or deletions 5) Produce accurate maps and other representations of data using ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro to support various waste management and environmental engineering projects. 6) Perform accurate, thorough and timely quantity takeoffs for various work elements (i.e. site preparation, paving, utilities, landscaping) from schematic to various phases of design development 7) Execute quantity takeoffs using technical software like Bluebeam and computer aided design software like Autodesk AutoCAD and Civil 3D. 8) Inspect toll roads, highways, drainage structures, culverts and signage after construction for structural quality, general safety and conformance to specifications and codes. 9) Document adverse roadway and drainage condition using handheld Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) system. 10) Assist the Project Managers and Senior Estimators on project execution approaches based on the scope of work and the most effective cost execution methods available. 11) Prepare cost estimate package in accordance with the requirements using Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
