My job responsibilities include • Responsible for the operation of plant and achieving production target maintain process parameter and keep checks on Quality. • To operate the plant at optimum condition. • To observe the trend of process parameter & to take corrective action for the deviation to maintain quality and production target. • Control of Chloride and moisture content in red oxide. • Regenerate HCL Acid with concentration of 18% to 20%. • Maintain log book and check list of various parameters of ARP Plant. • Packing and loading of red oxide powder. • Co-ordination with Maintenance Team for Shutdown, Routine Maintenance and Cleaning activities. • Production report preparation & send to HOD. • Rectifying and solving the technical problem. • Decision making during emergencies. • Preparing & monitoring shutdown schedule.
