As the Chief Information and Financial Officer of MTIS Private Wealth, I work closely with the directors and am responsible for the Financial Reporting and Information Technology in the business. On the Financial side the responsibilities include, • Management of Expenditure vs Budget for all Entities (5 in total) • Board Reporting of P&L & BS position for all Entities • Revenue and Activity Reporting o Activity reporting for advice businesses (no of SOA’s , duration, capacity constraints etc) o New Clients, New Business, Referrals, Lodgements • Portfolio reporting o Planner level (client growth/exit) No of lodgements - SOA’s ROA’s and key tasks • Assisting in preparing and analysing of Financial Reports for all Entities • Management of contracts with external providers through Service level Agreements On the Information Technology side the responsibilities include, • Transition of software & systems to better support licence and upgrade efficiency • Analysing technology (software & hardware) used in the business and implement efficiency • Website coordination and management across all entities • Hardware management and maintenance (server, internet, computers, software) • Client access for emails, reports and documents • Process mapping advice & compliance requirements • Process mapping AFSL compliance requirements • Provide team training on new systems and software My additional responsibilities include, • AFSL Compliance Management Reporting with ASIC • Breach reporting on AFSL Compliance tasks • Maintenance of Registers incl Conflict of Interest, AML, PDD and CPD Accreditation • Preparation of Board Papers each qtr • Facilitation of Board sessions as required • Staff payroll and leave management • PDD and CPD points completed vs required for Compliance obligations MTIS Private Wealth is growing at a rapid pace and I need to ensure that the systems and processes in the business can handle the traffic. I am currently providing consulting to Small to Medium size Accounting and Financial Planning Organizations in the area of effectively using technology to improve process efficiency. My understanding of technology and experience in using Xplan, BGL, and other FP softwares come handy in providing consulting services. I also help businesses build or revamp their website with end to end support. Apart from the IT side, I also consult in the SMSF administration and compliance side.

Managing a group of Accountants to mainly administer compliance work for Self Managed Super Fund Accounts in Australia. Focusing on process driven solution based approach to keep costs low and accurate data. Taking pride in providing a full range of back office support to a large number of accountants and financial advisers around the country so they can offer accurate and timely advice to their clients - without worrying about keeping up with regulation or spending precious time on tedious record keeping. My broad role encompasses administration of the business, managing the staff, recruiting additional staff, setting the KPI's and devising remuneration structure. I also am the contact - first point of escalation for all of Complete Super Solutions (CSS) clients who are Financial Planners and Accountants with respect to SMSF related services. Financial Planners using CSS call me for SMSF technical queries with respect to servicing their clients. I am also responsible for managing CSS clients expectations. I work with and report to the Managing Director with respect to the progress of CSS business wise and cash flow. My other important role is in the development of Instead Software. This software was designed by CSS and along with the Managing Director we decide on enhancements in the software that will help in increasing the efficiency in CSS processes. I actively do marketing of CSS and Instead services to Accountants and Financial Planners. ​ I have been instrumental in developing a state of the art technology platform, Instead+ which provides the accountants and financial planners with complete control over their client relationships, while I and my team at Complete Super Solutions (CSS) carry out the administration work in the background. Have worked out efficient way to provide Accountant and Financial Planners online access to all their clients' SMSF documents, regularly updated portfolio positions and reports, and compliance related notifications.

I was responsible for general management of CSS staff and work distribution. I designed the KPI's and agreed outcomes with the staff. I managed Xplan in the business and started working on a new software designed by CSS called Instead. The Document management module of this software is second to none and helped in reducing the labor time spent by a number of hours in the business. I was part of further enhancements in the software that helped the business reduce costs. I was also responsible for designing and maintaining the CSS budget along with the Managing Director.

I was responsible for preparing the SMSF Tax Returns, performing SMSF related admin and managing Xplan in the business including setting up data feeds, users, managing portfolio etc.,
