I am an experienced Scrum Master / Business Analyst / Product Owner / Chartered Accountant / Finance expert with over 20 years of experience designing and implementing business applications. Having worked in multiple programs from the inception to the post implementation phase, I have experience in developing artefacts like Business Operating Models, Capability Models, user acceptance criteria etc. I have successfully managed team of various sizes and have led the projects under Agile Framework. I am very well versed with DevOps, CI/CD principles to deliver transformations projects. My aim is to create autonomous, self-empowered and motivated teams working and responding to customers as quickly as possible, in a controlled and quality driven mindset. I can quickly assess and adapt to the working environment and build relations with business executive and management. I utilise my excellent communication skills to nurture internal and external stakeholders’ relationships.
