Performs Financial Due Diligence for Private Equity and Strategic Clients to help evaluate their acquisition decisions and financing requirements Performs buy-side services, sell-side services, divestitures, carve outs, restructuring, and integrations Exposure to a wide range of industries including Business and Professional Services, Consumer Products, Financial Services, Healthcare and Life Science, Industrial Products, and Software and Technology

Performing an assessment of an individuals’ or businesses’ credit profile Reviewing and providing analysis for loans with heightened risk indicators, criticized risk ratings, impairment and delinquent payment histories Identifying improperly risk-rated loans and providing risk-rating recommendations based on an overall relationship position, regulatory guidance, and the institution’s policy Identifying process control deficiencies within the credit administration and lending function within a bank Conducting fieldwork, discussing findings and recommendations to appropriate management based on the results of the engagement and preparing written final reports

Conduct financial statement audits in accordance with US GAAP and GAAS for public and private companies with revenue ranging from $50MM to $1B Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and change in equity statements, as well as related financial statement disclosure notes Analyze detailed account balances and perform variance analysis of actual balances to our forecasted audit expectations Review client trial balances and general ledgers to gain understanding of the period operations and transactions
