Checking and processing of sales requisitions – Locally and regionally i.e. Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Philippines. Processing of Purchase Orders to vendors of products that we distribute. Receiving and checking of hardware/software appliances purchased from vendors. Arranging for deliveries of appliances to both local/overseas customers. Preparing and checking of export/import documents of appliances. Oracle Netsuite/Autocount system entries. Regular stock taking and tidying of appliances in our warehouses – sales/internal stocks. Liaising with engineers for loaning/testing of appliances.

Overseeing of multiple job sites from start to end. Planning of contractors for relevant works. Creating schedule for clients. Handling multiple contractors at a site. Ensure every site’s housekeeping are kept to standard. Negotiating with contractors according to quotation and client’s budgets. Prioritizing site and work to be done to ensure deadline of handover to be met. Coordinating between designer and contractors to ensure work is done according to drawing and layout. Taking measurements as and when required.

Scheduling and planning of daily operations for company launch boats. Doing purchasing and creating purchase orders of items required for the whole fleet of vessels. Arranging of deliveries with suppliers. Adapt and arranging of last minute ad-hoc orders. Proper coverage during team members’ absence. Ensure that operations are done with safety precaution. Updating of deliveries of items daily sent to vessels. Checking and verifying of overtime done by launch boat personnel at every month end and providing to Human Resource department to do payroll. Doing interviews with Human Resource to hire any launch boat personnel (Boatman/Assistant). Coming up with strategies and ideas during procurement meeting to reduce cost for the company.

Updating of work orders for maintenance done by technicians on USS rides. Doing weekly PM minutes of meeting with technicians and team leads to update servicing due dates of various rides. Assist planner in arranging calibration with suppliers for equipment. Updating of certificates into the system and providing them to the technicians.
