Private Company & Public Company -Experience in handle more than 120+ portfolio of clients (including 2 public listed companies, 1 association, 1 money lending license company) -Experience on the amendment of company's constitution, capital reduction, conversion private company to public company -Experience in Incorporation a New Company, Striking off and Liquidation -Understand all relevant Acts and Regulations; and to ensure compliance thereof -Preparation of resolutions, minutes, statutory records and filling into relevant source/file -Assist in advising clients and attend to client’s request -Experience in preparation of billings and collection of the portfolio -To handle any other task assigned on a timely manner Public Listed Company (“PLC”) -Attendance at meetings (Board, AGM, Management, Committee and other relevant meetings) as may be required -Experience in preparation quarterly meetings and compilation of meetings’ board papers -Experience being a scrutineer for PLC's AGM & EGM -Experience in preparation and submission of PLC announcement to Bursa Malaysia -Experience in preparation of Annual Report and Circular to Shareholders -Experience in preparation for the Amendment of Constitution for Public Listed Companies
