Malaysia Webe LTE project - Worked as Deputy Technical Director, technical owner of delivery project that involves participation of multiple product lines in terms of technical issue and risk handling, solution review, delivery strategies, skill and knowledge transfer - Collaborated with the cross functional team to make sure the deliverable are met - Achieved 2000 sites deployment & ready for service in 2016-2017, our team provided site installation, integration and commissioning service - Executed multiple proof of concept project e.g 8T8R, NB-IOT, Massive MIMO, TDD relay, eRAN feature.
