Currently serving as a Human Resources Supervisor in Bangkok, I bring hands-on expertise in full-spectrum HR operations, supporting business growth through structured people management and regulatory compliance. My experience covers end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, policy development, and performance management. I also specialize in managing visa and work permit processes for expatriates, ensuring full compliance with Thai labor regulations. Additionally, I have experience working with BOI (Board of Investment) promoted companies, handling BOI-related HR documentation and coordinating with relevant government authorities to facilitate foreign employee employment and corporate compliance. Since graduating, I have been building my career in Bangkok, working with organizations in project and facility management as well as international environments. My background also includes experience as an AI Trainer and Proofreader for global projects, which strengthened my analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively across cultures and remote teams. From 2016 and throughout my university years, I actively engaged in part-time roles and extracurricular activities to broaden my professional exposure and enhance my communication and language skills.
