• Prepare high level and low level core network design for Pan-India . • Prepare & Finalizing Technical Solutions, RFP’s, traffic model of network, SoW’s,BOQ, MoP’s, Acceptance test procedures for all CS node. • Core network Capacity Planning & Implementation for all ZTE & Huawei Core Network nodes (MSCe, MGW, USPP/ HLRe, STP & RAN-AAA ). • Plan core network node Capacity expansions by tracking the Core network KPI’s daily. • Involving in Planning and Implementation of ICR & NR with roaming partners. • Handling all DOT/TRAI projects & requirements.

Technical Manager for Sistema Shyam(MTS) Project (2008 -2011): Role 3: Corporate SPOC to customer for Planning & Commissioning , ATP clearance of all CS core nodes for PAN-India. Asst. Technical Manager for Reliance Project (2006 -2008 April): Role 2: Corporate SPOC to customer for solving ongoing and project issues of ZTE CS core nodes. Commissioned Core nodes & cleared ATP's by visiting each and every circle as per the project time lines and handed over to operations team. Technical Expert for BSNL Project (2005 -2006): Role 1: Commissioning and maintenance - CS core nodes .
