Dynamique et rigoureux, j’ai acquis au cours de mes récentes expériences professionnelles un savoir-faire technique et stratégique auprès des professionnels. Mes expériences des NewYork ForumAfrica (2012,2013, 2014), mon Passage à la LINAFP (2012 à 2017), lors de mes interventions en entreprise mais aussi lors des Coupes d'Afrique des Nations 2012 et 2017 au Gabon ou j’ai occupée la fonction de Chef projet adjoint Opérations Médias (Commission Communication) ; j’ai mis en œuvre un plan d’actions stratégiques de gestion des médias, mis en place et gestion du centre principal de presse et des autres zones médias. Un travail transversal avec l'ensemble des équipes, m'a permis d'améliorer mes compétences en communication sportive, communication de crise et communication événementielle. Par ce poste, j’ai développé un excellent relationnel. Détenteur d'un PMP (Project Management Profesional) et d'un PgMP (Program Management Professional), je suis actuellement à la tête de mon entreprise , COP projet management , et consultant pour plusieurs entreprises et administrations publiques au Gabon. Focal in charge of the piloting and followed by the program forward of FIFA and under the responsibility of the President of the communication and marketing committee, the Department Head of Medias - Communication and Marketing of the Gabonese Federation of Soccer participates in: - Implementation of the communications strategy and the operations of marketing. He watches the respect for the identity and for the image of the FEGAFOOT. - He also has to develop the creation, the quality and the coherence of the forms and the contents of internal and/or external communication allowing to translate into messages the strategy fixed by the executive committee. - Realize market studies, analyses of positioning and a business intelligence. Assure(insure) the exploitation(operation) of the data collected(taken in) to anticipate the evolutions and propose preventive and corrective actions. - Conceive(Design) or implement(operate) the ways(means) and the necessary actions(shares) to facilitate the interaction of the Federation with its environment. - Participate in the implementation of a crisis communication, on a business level, technical and social, in the concerned departments. - Help in the management of the budget of communication and marketing. Realize the set(group) or the part(party) of the technical activities of communication. Realize communication mediums and direct marketing. - Organize and/or participate in matches and other public demonstrations. - Pilot the production of the persons receiving benefits(providers) -Lead(Drive) the actions of lobbying
