Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development position at Hon Chuan Malaysia located in Bandar Enstek, Negri Sembilan. The role involves tasks such as: ~New project development , ~Market research ~Maintain regular contact and relationship with existing customer and new customer ~Handle sales related matter ( regular customer visit, prepare quotation, arrange delivery, collection of payment ,follow up project progression) Streamlined Forecasting & Delivery: Monthly forecasting to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods to customers and hit the monthly achievement. Spearheaded New Business: Developed Hon Chuan Malaysia's first OEM Ready-To-Drink project, including international collaboration with Indonesian flavor houses and manufacturers. Collaborating with customer procurement and development teams, as well as internal production, QA, warehouse, Taiwan R&D, and finance departments, to successfully launch new projects and new products at Malaysia, Efficient Regulatory Compliance: Expedited KKM labelling issue resolution for customers within two months of design confirmation. Customer Satisfaction: Successful resolved customer logistics and QA issue. New Product Launch Support: Partnered with sales support on new product HS codes and shipment planning. Qualifications: Effective Communication Experience in new project development and Market Research Customer Service Excellence Proven track record of achieving sales targets Knowledge of the industry and market trends.

Production & Packing Planner ll: In charge line planning and get in order from marketing department. Liaise with various departments such as Production, Compounding, Logistics and packing & warehouse to on time ship out container to customer side.
