• Audit Management :- Manage and maintain certifications like ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001 and other audits from customers concerned to EHS topics. Conduct monthly safety audits and being auditee for internal Audits from global team. • Leadership & Trainings : One of the key members in leading COVID-19 task force. Administered vaccination drives for the strength of ~800+ employees successfully. Handled medical care support for all the employees during the hard times of pandemic. To identify ESH training for the employees based on the nature of their work assigned and ensure they work in a safe environment. Trained ~500 employees concerned to ESH topics. • Risk assessment and Hazard identification :- Investigate and analyze accident / incident and provide corrective and preventive action to prevent the recurrence. Root cause analysis for the same is done using problem solving methods like “Fishbone Diagram and 5 Why Analysis”. • EHS Programs & Policy deployment :- Organize and execute events which enhances awareness levels among employees concerned to EHS topic. Ensure all the safe working practices are implemented in the plant premises so that all employees work at a safer workplace. • Regulatory Compliance :- To monitor compliance with current ESH legislation, with Continental’s Internal regulations, and to provide expertise on how this legislation and regulations can be met. • Sustainability :- Exploring the possibilities in getting the best sustainable practices and carried out a project with one of our cross functional teams in digitizing the checklists used at utility area. The project saved ~11,000 papers. • Social media awareness and CSR activities :- Promoting awareness on "Industry best practices" in social media through writing blogs. Core committee member of CSR activity team at Continental automotive.

• To monitor the energy consumption pattern area wise and analyze the energy losses by having energy meters, airflow, nitrogen flow and BTU meters. • Investigate and analyze accident / incident and provide corrective and preventive action to prevent the recurrence.
