I’m a People and Talent executive shaping how AI is applied across the employee lifecycle, embedding it into core workflows to improve decision-making, operating leverage, and team performance, while maintaining a people-first approach. I partner closely with senior leadership to drive org design, workforce strategy, and leadership capability, with a focus on increasing talent density, improving efficiency, and delivering durable performance. I’ve built and led global teams across North America, EMEA, APAC, and India, standing up functions and scaling distributed organizations through rapid growth, post-IPO complexity, and acquisition. My work spans talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and data-informed decision-making, alongside community impact and employee engagement initiatives, building clear, accountable systems that scale. I began my career in sales and technology, giving me a strong foundation to operate across product, engineering, go-to-market, and broader business functions, with the ability to go deep from a people perspective on key business priorities.
