I am currently the Lead Utility Coordinator for the SW Region Mega/Major Projects Team . Some of the larger projects I am proud to have been a part of are the Janesville, Milton, & Fort Atkinson STH 26 bypasses, USH 51 interchange projects in DeForest, Fish Hatchery Interchange, Verona Interchange, and the I-39 Corridor expansion project. I have worked in the utility section of the DOT for 6 years and have been an employee of the state for 8 years.

I am the utility section lead for our Mega/Major projects team. I oversee utility facility relocations both in design and construction that are in conflict with our regions major roadway projects. I have a very wide range of skills that accomplish this. A few of these are fiscal budget management, utility design approvals, risk management, easement acquisitions, a strong knowledge of state and federal laws, contract agreements, negotiations, conflict resolution, a proficient knowledge of both utility and civil engineering practices, workload tracking and assignments as well as public and government relations. I am also on various teams and committee's with the goal of finiding new and effcient ways of both doing business and changing process' to ultimately change with todays ongoing and demanding needs.
