Where do I begin to talk about myself without rambling or sounding trite? I'll start with two words : Always Forward. That is how I live my life, personal and professional ... life changes, every moment of every day. Who I am now is not who I was yesterday ... who I am today is a culmination of all the moments, of all the changes before, whether they are massive or micro. Change happens to every one of us. I grew up blue collar and have worked across the food industry (from dishwasher to business owner), retail, music, collections, home loans/refinancing, underwriting, insurance products, consultancy, financial services, and even geospatial technology. With each stop on my journey, I have not stopped growing, not stopped evolving as an individual and (now) as a leader. My background across multiple industries has honed my strategic approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence. This experience underpins my current role, where I am passionately dedicated to fostering professional growth and collaboration for my team at GEHA. My tenure in the Salesforce ecosystem is marked by a dedication to leveraging the technology to its full potential, driving our team and stakeholders towards unparalleled success and growth.
