Manage Project Engineering team for effective tool launches. Assist in development of Engineering team and department. Participate and drive Continuous Improvement through Engineering to improve cost, scrap, efficiencies.

Oversee design, kickoff, and timing of new tooling to meet customer requirements. Responsible to submit PPAP and FA's to customer, initiate and develop molding process, dimensional and packaging applications for the product. Coordinate tool repairs on all current tools. Track any E/C's to current tools and perform design, timing, and submission of that product as well. Initiate and assist with Continuous Improvement of tools and operations. Develop robust injection molding processes for current and future production.

Technical work involving engineering, development and design of components involved in Tier 1 product. Establish program specifications and requirements. Direct the technical activities of the Designer, Manufacturing Engineer, and Quality Engineer assigned to programs.

Responsible for all residential sales and inspections for pest control in allotted area west of 131 from Fennville up to Ludington. Respond to office calls and all responsibilities for service territory.

Oversee 24 hour, 3 shift production of 3-4 Bays of injection molding machines. Responsible for quality, scrap, continuous improvement and development of Supervisors and Operators within those areas.
