Chad Alexander

Studying for my Bachelor’s degree in Biology is where I first became interested in the science of nutrition, human physiology, muscle-development, and health. I have since dove deeper and became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I also have a nutrition specialization through the American Council on Exercise. Teaching high school students (for over a decade) a variety of classes ranging from Sciences to Personal Fitness, I realized I wanted to understand more of the mental game to help those I work with to develop that unstoppable mindset that allows us to crush our goals. In 2014, I decided to jump into Strategic Intervention – a coach-training program created by Tony Robbins and Cloe Madanes. This was just the beginning. Since, I have taken my studies further by completing a Master’s degree with a focus on applying growth mindset, grit, and resiliency strategies to help the most reluctant people (starting with myself) breakthrough obstacles and crush their goals…even if they don't yet believe it's possible
