With over 25 years of experience in the alternative energy and software sectors, I am a seasoned leader and entrepreneur dedicated to solving complex problems and creating positive social and environmental impact. As a founding member and principal of Pando Group, LLC, I leverage my expertise in ERP system design and implementation and Financial Planning & Analysis to help clients optimize their business processes, improve their financial performance, and achieve their strategic goals. Prior to joining Pando Group, I was the Chief Financial Officer of SunCommon, the leading provider of residential and commercial solar and storage solutions in Vermont and New York's Hudson Valley. During my eight-year tenure, I helped grow the company from a start-up to a market leader, overseeing all aspects of finance, planning, accounting, and legal. I also played a key role in securing multiple rounds of venture financing, expanding into new markets, and launching innovative products and services. I am proud to have been part of a team that made solar accessible and affordable for thousands of customers, while advancing the transition to a clean energy future. In my CFO role, I also helped negotiate, structure and close the sale of the company to iSun, Inc. (NASDAQ:ISUN) in 2021. My prior experience includes an additional 15 years in alternative energy, in two primary roles: CEO of Draker, Inc. (2009-2015) and CFO of Northern Power Systems (2000-2007), plus 6 years in investment banking. I have an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College.
