Successfully managed the recruitment process for Amadeus Turkey, hiring 130 employees across various seniority levels in 2.5 years. Spearheaded JavaDay, Istanbul's largest Java developer event, managing end-to-end logistics and promotion, strengthening the company's employer brand. Designed and executed the 2024 "STEM for Girls" program, inspiring over 400 high school students through interactive activities and presentations. Led the Istanbul chapter of Amadeus Women's Network, driving initiatives for diversity and inclusion within the organization. Implemented the 2024 Female Internship Program, hiring 12 interns, with one transitioning to a full-time role. Coordinated EMEA-wide recruitment processes, achieving corporate growth objectives through effective hiring strategies.

Conducted end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and business roles using Workday Recruitment. Successfully filled key technical positions, including backend developers (Java, C++), frontend developers (React, Angular), and QA automation engineers. Initiated and led international recruitment efforts, including a successful hiring project in Bangalore. Designed and implemented mentorship programs for interns, enhancing the talent pipeline and fostering future leaders. Delivered employer branding initiatives, such as workshops with Marmara and Koç Universities and office tours for university mentorship clubs.

Recruited backend, frontend, and full-stack developers for clients in finance, cybersecurity, and tech sectors. Provided CV writing and interview coaching services, enhancing candidate readiness for technical roles. Developed weekly social media content to boost the company's employer brand and attract top talent. Utilized CV parsing and scoring tools to streamline talent assessment processes.

A project investigating the psychological causes of work incidents was carried out. In this context, an academic field study was conducted by developing scales related to psychological concepts.
