At Incotop we are vertically integrated developers. My role in the development of new schemes involves exhaustive market research, project appraisals, structuring business cases, due diligence and managing relationships with stakeholders. In the later stages of the lifecycle, I have led the definition, delivery and handover of affordable housing, high-end residential and mixed-use projects. Maintaining stakeholder relationships and providing strategic support to the firm are critical tasks in my role. This includes the implementation of new technologies to improve collaboration, and project controls and achieve greater efficiency.
