* Plan, establish objectives and consolidate the annual budget for improvement and capacity increase projects of the Division. * Leading key projects for the division. * Approve buying of tooling, fix assets and cost according to the established budget. * Coordinate follow up and updating of established project preparing monthly report for Senior Management. * Assesses performance indicators of the projects and takes appropriate actions to ensure time, cost and quality. * Ensures the use of LEAN tools, Core Tools (PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, APQP, MSA, SPC,CP), ISO9000 and ISO14000 standards in the development of each project. * Participate actively in management team meetings to drive best practice across the Enterprise.

* Design, buying, takeover, training and installation of new production equipment. * Meet ISO9000 and ISO14000 standards in the implementation of new processes and equipments. * Capacity review of production equipments.

* Manning a crew of 3 supervisors, 2 technicians y 100 operators. * 100% control of the budget assigned to the department. * Coordinate and organize the development of improvements in production methods. * Capacity planning in terms of demand & personal. * Assures ISO9000 and ISO14000 standards are followed. * Monitoring and control of the KPI`s (OEE, Scrap, Cost

* Takeover, training and installation of new production equipment. * Responsible to fulfill the documentation needed for the certification of ISO9001 and ISO14000. * Capacity review of production equipments. * CNC programming.

* Responsible of process engineers, maintenance, quality, safety and production. * Manning a crew with 3 engineers, 15 technicians, 6 supervisors and 180 operators. * 100% control of the budget assigned to the department. * Coordinate and organize the development of improvements in production methods. * Validate production plan in terms of production capacity and resources availability. * Assures maintenance preventive plan are followed. * Assures ISO9000 and ISO14000 standards are followed. * Monitoring and control of the KPI`s (OEE, Productivity, Scrap, Delivery, Cost, Internal PPM`s, 5`S, Accidents level). * Assures the use of LEAN tools

* Monitoring of project sales order , once it has been placed on the Plant. * Technical validation of each project specification * Coordination and conducting of project start meeting, follow up meetings and closing meeting with clients. * Establish activity plan (gant chart) for each project taking in consideration the needs of the clients and the company. * Assesses performance indicators of the projects and takes appropriate actions to ensure time, cost and quality. * Ensures the use of APQP phases in the development of the project activity plans. * Keep the main contact with the customer. * Participate actively in project team meetings to drive best practice across the Enterprise.
