In recent, past was the Leader of the Internet para Todos (IPT) project that together with the Innovation team of Telefónica SA; an internet player such as Meta (ex Facebook) and the development banks IDB Invest and CAF, had the objective of bringing connectivity to 6 million people in rural areas of Peru and 100 million in Latin America and also was the responsible for designing IPT's commercial strategy and developing new lines of business that ensure IPT's long-term sustainability and revenue growth; as well as leading wholesale relationships and transport networks allies. During more than the 17 years that he worked in the Telefonica del Peru group, he led different strategic and high-impact projects, such as the design, operation and launch of the first Virtual Mobile Operator (MVNO) and the first Rural Mobile Infrastructure Operator (OIMR) in Peru, as well as participating in the award of AWS band to deploy 4G LTE services and the implementation of the agreement with Internexa that allowed to double the Fiber Optic transport network of Telefonica in 3 years, reducing the cost of the project to a quarter and the network deployment time to a fifth.
