Nationwide refarming project between the 3G1900 and LTE1900 networks. RAN optimization of cells/clusters, maximizing load balancing between LTE carriers and improving throughput as a result of increased available bandwidth, fine-tuning of coverage and handover; adjustments in the SRVCC service performance and other VoLTE configurations for proper operation. Specific optimization work on major offenders.

Led Power BI dashboard development for KPI monitoring/optimization across multi-technology operations (4G / 3G / 2G). Built automated ETL pipelines integrating SQL databases and spreadsheets, reducing manual reporting efforts by over 30%. Designed DAX-based KPI models for performance analysis, trend detection, and operational forecasting. Delivered executive dashboards supporting management decision-making and performance optimization strategies.

Conducted daily RF KPI analytics/optimization across 4G/3G/2G technologies. Developed Excel and SQL-based reporting frameworks consolidating multi-source datasets. Implemented traffic balancing models and performance remediation strategies based on KPI insights. Supported network feature trials and optimization planning using data-driven recommendations.

- 3G/UMTS optimization, maintaining RNC performance by daily analysis of kpi’s; Call set up (RRC accessibility, RAB CS,RAB PS,RAB HS accessibility), traffic, Data, blocking, drop call, IRAT HO, Analysis of failures for inter and intra MSC HOs, Soft and Softer Handover (3G-3G) faults, alarms, traces and trouble shootings, on W10/11/12 releases. - Identification of performance issues in 3G network and the implementation of optimization plans, including IRAT, WNCS/FFAX/CTR, NCS, Cell Reselection, traffic balancing between carriers, Handover setting, frequency, neighbors, radio parameter tuning, antenna and Kit adjustments to meet client’s targets. - 3G/2G Clusters Optimization by analysis of drive test logs in TEMS, including areas with poor Ec/Io, Ec/No, RSCP, Rx Levels, RxQual, Pilot Pollution areas, etc and proposing solution by appropriate physical and logical parameter changes. - Identification of performance issues in the 3G network (e.g., Iub over IP, HS servere congestion, Iub availability/congestion, Node Downtime, hardware failure, etc). - RNCs border area optimization: HO, HS over Iur and trigger HS to DCH (donwswitch). - Frequency (GSM), PSC (3G) and neighbors planning/optimization (2G, 3G and IRAT). - Recommend, trial and implementation of parameters changes / features, regarding W11 and W12 releases. - 3G KPI testing and reporting, R99 & HSDPA throughputs, drop rate CS,PS interactive, RRC connection set up, RAB efficiency, SHO, Channel Element utilization (UL, DL), etc. - Interference analysis (using scan files and STS). - Monitoring of RNC MP/CC/DP/PDR load and RBS resources (e.g. CE, # of HS/EUL users, etc.) - Traffic steering desing and implementation between WCDMA carrier, according to client’s requirement. - GPEH/UETR/CTR measurements post-processing and analyzing by using TVE and homemade macros. - 2G KPI optimization and feature implementation/adjusting like a previous task before refarming. - Specific traces for troubleshooting purpose.
