Managed the engineering team responsible for development, delivery and operations of Mobile Connected Media solutions. Spearheaded the design, development, launch, and operations of Verizon's award-winning Digital Signage product, a comprehensive full-stack solution that included wireless connectivity, hardware, OS, software, mobile app, web portal, and device management. Successfully deployed to customers to generate significant revenue. Managed device design, certification, and integration with IoT, while overseeing the backend migration from local datacenter to AWS cloud. Key device features included 4K HD video, LTE multicast, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, Ethernet, and touch-displays capability. Led cloud development operations (DevOps), security, compliance, and Tier 3 technical support. Developed the commercial strategy, including use cases, budgeting, logistics, and demos for sales presentations and trade shows. Delivered training and authored knowledge documentation for Sales and customer support teams. Developed and deployed LTE Multicast, a wireless network technology to distribute digital media content to mobile users very efficiently using one-to-many delivery. First carrier to launch LTE Multicast commercially in the U.S. Inventor in Patent # US10536727B2 for over-the-top multicast services. Led the implementation of H.265 HEVC and Virtual Reality (VR) video encoding, delivering exceptional HD quality on large displays. Led the migration from legacy CDN servers to Media Ingest servers, significantly improving monitoring capabilities. Project managed the multicast core build at the labs and Network Equipment Datacenters, including equipment procurement, system design, installation, configuration, connectivity, and integration with content providers and other external services. Turned up 4 core hubs for nationwide coverage. Led the infrastructure vendors’ testing and field trials efforts. Contributed to test cases, test plans, and feature enhancements. Supported system integration, troubleshooting, and onboarding. Drove bug fixes, and assisted with QA and UAT testing. Supported the launch of the Comcast and Time Warner Cable mobile apps for streaming video over cellular on exclusivity agreements. Created the onboarding process and launched a web portal for the cable operators to manage their content pages.

Designed, engineered, and deployed network infrastructure for Verizon’s video, broadband, enterprise data, and voice services. Oversaw network infrastructure builds, including fiber optics and high-capacity digital systems, and assisted the field operations team with troubleshooting network issues during construction, installation, and repairs. Engineered next generation technologies for the FiOS Video network, including MPEG-4, IPTV, Encryption, and Modulation platforms for Sports Blackout and Content Ingest. Designed and implemented a Single Program Transport Stream (SPTS) solution, resulting in significant bandwidth savings. Led the engineering of Video Hub Offices (VHO), managing vendors to deliver the project on schedule and within budget. Streamlined automation and work functions for the Video Engineering Data System (VEDS). Program-managed the deployment of Public, Educational, and Government (PEG) channels nationwide, and delivered the technology evolution to IP PEG architecture, resulting in major cost savings. Managed the Fiber to The Premises (FTTP) deployment in Central New Jersey, and played a key part in the expansion into the Multi-Dwelling (MDUs) market. Provided subject matter expert staff support to Verizon’s Network Engineering and Planning organization nationwide. Authored Engineering documents for the field teams, and delivered training to over 600 employees.
