I began my career in manufacturing operations, starting in quality engineering, where I quickly discovered my passion for integrating cutting-edge technology into manufacturing processes. Thrown into a leadership position at the young age, I embraced the challenges and opportunities that came with it. Over the years, I progressed through various leadership roles, overseeing manufacturing and R&D teams, and driving innovation and resilience even through the most challenging times. With over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, I transitioned into entrepreneurship a few years ago, founding companies focused on leveraging Industry 4.0 technologies to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability. This shift allowed me to blend my extensive industry experience with my passion for technology, leading to the creation of innovative solutions that drive significant value for clients. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to be involved with both private equity and venture capital investments, supporting and advising promising startups. My vision has always been to create pragmatic, scalable solutions that revolutionize industries and help businesses thrive in the ever-evolving technological landscape. While my entrepreneurial ventures initially spanned the entire spectrum of Industry 4.0, my investments, experience, and network have led me to specialize in generative AI and augmented reality. These areas have become my primary focus, and I continue to be a passionate advocate for their transformative potential. Having led through the great recession, the oil and gas boom and downturn, and the launch of multiple factories, I understand the complexities of navigating various market cycles.
