• Implementation of all quality improvement studies and supplier Quality Assurance Visits (QAV) from the beginning of the localization studies. • Setting development milestones base on new model projects evaluation, trial & mass production timing • Manage supplier’s overall part and process maturation including capacity analysis, design change compensation assessment, identification of critical process points and inspection methods, verification of supplier past problem history and countermeasure activity throughout new model development timing • Track supplier activities in accordance with part quality requirements and carry out supplier development activities. • Follow-up of tool and fixture manufacturing, and preparation of part quality standards. • Determination of part specifications (tool, mold, cf) and test items, tracking of test results and completion of quality requirements. • Preparing serial production parts without any problems in a timely manner and giving mass production approval. • Performing part quality control by giving event and trial parts orders. • Provides technical support during initial start-up of mass production. • Report supplier status updates and progression plans to Honda team management and drive continuous improvement activities using the PDCA method. • Within the scope of new civic project, local interior & exterior plastic (injection and blow molding) parts carried out together with domestic and foreign suppliers.

• In the Turkey and Middle East markets, supplying of the quality control equipments (Non-Destructive Inspection; UT, MT, PT, RT, ET). • Conduct customer demo and product introduction for sales and orientation purposes, technical support. • Follow up all the quotations, orders and invoices. • Contact with foreign manufacturer regarding customer feedback, case evaluations, encountered problems, and consequently producing solutions and taking necessary actions. • Stock follow-up, stock planning and overseas orders. • Working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required. • Follow up competitor prices and fluctuations in market to set an effective price policy. • Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects • Guide and participate in marketing activities such as website updates, exhibitions etc. arrange and lead tender preparation, customer presentations, meetings, and seminars.
