- Development of a Super App from scratch, combining multiple services into a single e-commerce App, reducing maintenance costs for the company and increasing user satisfaction with the application. Increasing the app's rating on the Apple Store from 4.0 to 4.9. - Redesign the application architecture following the principles of Clean Architecture, Test-Driven-Development (TDD), and Modularization. Optimizing development time for new features from weeks to days/hours. Optimized xCode build time from 6 minutes to 1 minute and 30 seconds (incremental builds take less than 4 seconds now). Using Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Combine, Multi-threading, Modularization. - Test Coverage from 0% to 60% of the codebase with unit and integration tests. As a result, we had a notable perception of the reduction in bugs in production and the number of crash-free sessions in the application, which previously was 90% and is now 99.7%! This is massive when you take into consideration our active user base of around 600 thousand per month, using XCTest, TDD, and SnapShot Tests. - Creation of a design system allowing the broad reuse of user interface components, reducing rework in maintenance and creation of new features, and establishing a consistent standard in the layout of components. - Mentoring junior and senior developers on the team, helping them achieve technical excellence with 1:1 sessions and pair programming.

- Developed a feature that allows users to sell products in areas where there is no internet signal or where the signal is blocked. Considerably increasing the company's sales. To do this, I created an offline navigation mode using CoreData to manipulate the large mass of data involved in this process. - I created the iPhone version of the company's application, for a long time the application only served iPad users, and the company stopped making many sales due to this limitation. In this process I took the opportunity to remove old storyboards that had more than 20 screens (each one), creating views programmatically. - Refactored legacy code with massive view controllers applying Clean Architecture and TDD concepts. Reducing the number of bugs in production mainly the fear of making a change and creating other undesirable bugs, was something that happened frequently when I started working on this project. - I made a performance improvement in the application login. Previously this process was done in 4 minutes, I managed to reduce it to 40 seconds. Given the business nature of this app, it was a requirement to download a large amount of data from different services in this process, so that the app could offer a complete experience to the user even if they did not have an internet connection.

This generated a large increase in users' consumption hours. - I created an app from scratch to only display content from live channels. I was allowing us to deliver a differentiated user experience to this audience. - I created a feature that allows users to download video and film content to watch offline, generating an increase in consumption by users by more than 20%. In this project, I've used a lot of Clean Architecture principles, VIPER, GraphQL, AVPlayer, Multi-threading, accessibility features, and UIKIT.
