- Support and align setup requirements with other departments, also resolve inquiries of stakeholders (eg: Key Account Manager, Relationship Manager, Campaign Ops, Business Development Ops and etc) - Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns, and quality check content before uploading into backend. - Responsible for the operational aspects of campaigns, including but not limited to, setting up vouchers, cashback promotions, free shipping promotions, exclusive price, and daily coins rewards.
