Celia Dietrich

Celia is a founder and senior advisor with more than 25 years of experience in global professional services and complex financial and operational environments. Her career includes leadership roles within major consulting organizations, where she built and managed significant client relationships, developed multidisciplinary teams, and delivered complex engagements for some of the largest organizations in the world. Her work has spanned corporate strategy alignment, PMO design and implementation, program leadership, and enterprise transformation initiatives. Today, Celia leads Dietrich Private Services Group (Dietrich PSG), a firm focused on bringing structure, clarity, and financial organization to high-stakes personal and business situations. The firm works with individuals, families, and their professional advisors to create a clear, defensible financial foundation that supports confident decision-making during times of complexity and change. Celia’s approach combines forensic financial insight, disciplined organization, and practical leadership experience. Whether clients are navigating a significant life transition or proactively structuring their financial world, the goal is the same: establish clarity, reduce friction among professionals, and provide a reliable financial framework that holds up under pressure. Celia holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Metropolitan State University of Denver and earned her MBA from the University of Colorado. She is a State of Colorado certified public accountant in good standing. She maintains a strong commitment to community service through board leadership and philanthropy. Celia serves on the Board of Trustees for Children’s Hospital Colorado, is an advisory board member of Vectra Bank Colorado, serves on the board of the Anschutz National Mental Health Innovation Center, and is an advisory board member for Johnson Financial/JFG Wealth Management Group.
